I have been working with Rudy Gonzales and Mary P. Bui with Countrywide Lending/Full Spectrum Mortgage for about a month now. I have submitted all of the required information and paperwork and was set to close. The last I heard from them was a week ago when I was told we were in the final stages of this process. Now, my e-mails won't be responded to, my phone messages are not returned and I called the general Countrywide agents and was transferred three times and no one can help me find out the status of my loan.
My realtor and the title company have been unable to make contact with the loan officer either. When I called the branch office, no one answers the phone. The messages go straight to a voice mail where I was told I would receive a call in three hours. That was 5 hours ago. Do not consider doing business with this organization. I am disgusted with the "customer service."
