They not only promised me how powerful their loan audit would be, they also promised me that it was highly likely the banks would gave and give me a loan modification. $2700 got quickly taken from me upfront, so pay good attention, otherwise it might happen to you to. I was promised by the salesperson, Sarah Miller, that the loan forensic would force the bank to review my situation and within a month, I would have a loan modification and a settlement. It never happened. It's 3 months later. Truth in Lending Auditors took my money upfront, and now I'm still in the same, if not worse, situation. Truth in Lending Auditors change for the loan forensics audit upfront (that's when they took my $2700 and then tell you the loan modification is done for free (Because it is ILLEGAL to charge up front for a loan modification, and that is their way of getting around that).
