Unauthorized charges were made with my debit card. This happened 4 days ago and I have yet to have anyone help me resolve this. The first phone call I made the minute I saw the first charge only got me a rude rep who insisted I made the charges and didn't remember. I filled out numerous online forms and sent numerous emails -all received no helpful response. I filled out online dispute forms only to get an email response stating that a dispute has not been opened and I should check out "frequently asked questions". I went to the bank and again received no help. Now 4 days later I received an email stating that I need to print out a form and fax it-after I was just at the bank where they could have given these to me. It has been 4 days and I am still out over $700.00. I know that most banks are heartless but I have never seen a bank that cares this little for its customers!
