I have been going back and forth with Freedom Resource since May. I have called and hung on line for hours also.
When I finally did get my packet, it was only to be told I needed to send more money.in addition, I had difficulty logging on to their web site as directed. At that point I decided to request a refund.
After jumping through their loops and returning their packet, certified, return receipt delivery, I am still waiting for a refund. They said it would be 60 - 90 days. I have written them to say the 90 days is up (certified, return receipt delivery - both times signed by James Izant). That was December 2 and I have not received a response.
I have considered calling again, but it is not a toll-free number and it doesn't really get you anywhere.
If anyone has success in securing a refund, please let me know how you did it. They should not be allowed to get away with their deceptive tactics!
