I was ripped off of $218.00 from Progressive Insurance Co of
Cleveand Ohio. I cancelled my auto insurance after being quoted to pay $500 and when I received my policy It was over $500 what I was quoted. I sent a payment of 237 plus 250 that was already paid from my credit card. I cancelled the policy but they took $218.00. They told me that was legal for North Carolina to charge me 83%. I knew I was ripped off.
