After being with progressive issurance for many years and never receiving a decrease in rates as a safe driver I changed to a different insurance company with better coverage and a yearly premium of close to $400.00 less than progressive. I cancelled my policy the end of the term and then I noticed that they continued to debit my checking account for premiums and when I called they said they have no record of a cancellation however I have a cancellation letter from them after going on for 15 minutes with customer service I said that was filing charges against them for unathorized eft tranfers and also file a complaint with state insurance commission for fraud.
