Cut up your card! Sioux falls south dakota

I have literally paid this company hundreds of dollars in both payments and fees. I've never charged more than $200.00 on the card at any given time. I've payed the card off, or so I thought. Yet, I have never received a letter from them saying the account was closed, and the card was paid off in full. They still continue to receive a $50.00 monthly payment from me, UNTIL NOW! I am utmost concerned about my credit report and have no faith in that the company will not file on my report. However, they will never receive another dime from me, and If it is reflected on my credit report they will be contacted by a lawyer. Not to mention, none of their numbers work. Both, on the website or the back of the card. What kind of reputable company operates like this?
