Of Sioux Falls ripoff and settled for less then ballance which is now on my credit report. How do i get that off

I have opend my first premier credit card in March of this year... With like everyone elses reports i have read got a 250$ credit limit but only ended up being able to spend 76$ of it. All the rest was in charges supplied by them

I as of today have now a current ballance of 418.87 First premier called me yesterday and was willing to either settle my "debt" for 85.00 of pay them 300.00 and then they advised me that they would but 250.00 back on my card. I was so fed up with them that i payed the 85.00 and settled for less then my ballance. Doing a check by phone with 11 dollars in extra fees

Now those words "settled for less then balance" will appear on my credit report even thou i only paid what i spent... Please help me in knowing what to do to get this off my report..
