I contacted Debt Settlement USA for help and was assured they could help me. They said they would contact my creditors and negotiate a settlement with them and send me a copy of all the letters sent to my creditors. I was also told they have a great relationship with most banks and credit card company's. They are smooth talkers and know just what to say to keep you paying them. As it turned out no letters were sent.
I was served a summons and contacted Debt settlement about this and was told We are not attorney run and cannot give legal advice. Basically I was left on my own. When asked about the negation process I was told you have to have money to negotiate! They take their money first and make the creditors wait and that is when the lawsuits start. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It will cost you more and you will get nothing in return except LAWSUITS!
