I also am dealing with FDRS. I called and asked to speak with the legal dept.
They said it was in NY. The web site is CCDN credit card deffense network. That is not what comes up when you type in the web address. Any way I asked for copies of the registered letters being sent to my creditors, they replied with " That is proprietary information" I replied " If you are imposing my signature on these documents then are they not my property?" they changed the subject. I just want proof that my creditors are indeed being contacted.
And to make the matter worse if you read the contract when they sue your creditors the settlement that you receive is only 25% of what they acctually get.
