Capital One has run my credit report, without any access agreement or information, 30 times since the middle of 2006. They ran my report 2 and sometimes 3 times monthly, which cause my credit score to drop drastically. I have never applied for, or given out any necessary information for them to run my report. I would love to know first of all, how they obtained my social security number etc. To run my credit report; but most importantly why they continued to run my report up to 3 times in 1 month when it was apparent that I had no interest in Capital One.
