Our credit was not good enogh fore the loan so he got the loan and we moved in and he had a contract fore payments of 950 a month witch we made fore nine months. And then we got a forecloser notice. Sow he stold all that money to so me and my wife started to investigate Micheal and found out he switched real estate companies.
WE reported the things he did and had his real estate liscense revoked. But we could never see the contract michael had to buy the house because First Amerian Title covered it up and we could not afford a lawyer to make them disclose it. Ever since then we have had nothing but trouble with this house, for three years.
Now we are in foreclosure because washington mutual keeps raising our payments until we could not afford them. We are out over 80,000 for bullshit Michael pulled, and our credit never got better it got alot worse. What can we do?
