I bought a house from a real estate agent thru remax in chatt tn chris janda he works for remax i also hired my realtor thru remax i purchased this home thinking it had been updated and paid a great price of course they both made money they both work for remax six months after the purchase im now living in a hotel due to the fact of alot of mold under the house and in my vents i also have a seven month old ive had several health problems due to this house and not knowing of the mold he covered up also never let your realtor get u an inspector or help your house appraise for what you want i was a fool and was blind now im dealing with this problem without any help except from my home owners of course don't make a mistake as a first time home owner and be a victim of a mold infestation or problem i should have been aware im considering a lawsuit for the emotional distress and scars i have on my skin from this reaction im also praying my daughter is going to be ok bc mold is very bad dangerous situation and doubt my fha loan would have approved the loan had they known but they soon will don't fall for the realtors or anything these days never trust anyone realtors these days they will do anything and lie cover up things they know is there just to make a dollar sad thing is these people have children of their own im hoping this problem for me is fixed soon this has totally changed my life emotionally physically and mentally im going to do everything i can to make sure these people whom have caused me this problem will never be able to do this or sale any property or home again i woudln't wish this on noone and karma is gona get you chris janda you will answer to the real judge oneday i know he knew of this problem and im aware he tried covering it up that is why ill make sure and do whatever i can so this happens to noone else calvin sneed and the news is my next priority on this problem if he continues to sale and have a license he will have bad reviews and ill make sure my story is known to all i have several marketing friends god bless the honest people in this world these days for they're are few
