Citibank lifted my price fro 8.2PERCENT to 13.99 on my AT&T Common card. After 3 times of telephone calls A stated that these were randomly choosing individuals to enhance the prices due to their deficits within the sub prime mortgage fall and due to the bad economy. I've had this card for 18 years.
Obviously I froze the card in the low-rate till it's reduced and also the card is ended by the termination time about the card.
