They took money out of my checking account without authorization

I called my banking account because I noticed a NSF charge that I knew nothing about, I had nothing outstanding on my account so thus no reason for the charge.

I called the bank asking them about it, all they could tell me was it was for Platinum Services for 79.95 and a 800-972-8094 number was attached to the charge. I tried calling but the business is closed for the day.

I never authorized or signed up for any such thing. I dont know when or where the charge came from, now this is a a scary thing! My bank was nice enough to put a dispute in for me and to refund the NSF charge, but the out look could have been a whole lot grimmer.

I am still going to close that account because it bothers me that anyone would have access or could gain access to this information.
