I do not understand at all

I looked at my checking statement today and there was an charge of 99.95 on it. That I did not make. It was a transaction from National Platinum Service. Someone has used my name my bank account information to pay for something from this National Platinum Service.
So I called the bank and they gave me the phone number for this company. I called. I thought it was weird when I did call that they did say the name of the company to me.
Then they told me that the person who used my bank account number and name also gave them a email account but it was not mine my email account. They also would not tell me (even though they had my bank account number) where the thing was sent too. Sounds like they are trying to cover up something.
All I know is that my money is gone and I can't pay some bills this month because I get money from the gov. And do not get much. So thanks NPS.
