Yesterday I got a bank statement and a call from the bank that some of my charges on my account that I was making were being overdrafted on my account I knew I had about 100.00 in my account still to spend and couldn't figure it out, I pulled up my online banking and see a charge for 99.95 from UMB Platinum, it left me wondering if there were any other charges that I hadn't approved so I went back through my other bank statements and sure enough I found another charge for 212.90 this was also not a approved charge I have NEVER authorized this company whatever it is to take money out of my checking account and makes me wonder if there is any other money missing.
This NMB platinum company should be taken to court and justice should be done, it is just like robbing someone in there own home, this company just hard earned money out from under me.
