Would like to find class action suit for California Jacksonville
Let me start by saying this is the WORST mortgage company I have ever had to deal with. My loan was sold off to them and don't know why we don't have a say in who buys off mortgages.
They have taken most all my money and trying to get my property they gave my name to real estate agencys and filed something about foreclosure without my knowledge, the only way I found out was someone came to the door to take pictures and was listing my house for sale. It seems I stopped it but still get notices from everyone except the mortgage company.
I have experienced all the same rip-off practices they call everyday and harrass, charged attorneys fees, and add fees whenever you blink an eye. They say you have to write a letter to dispute, and their service center is a joke! You never can speak to the same person and have to explain everything over and over. They are very rude. I've tried numerous times to reach someone and have been on hold for up to an hour and then they just go home and disconnect the lines.
I am currently trying to re-finance and they are going to charge an exuberant amount in pre-payment penalties and charge for each payoff notice, they are also trying to add and charge for homeowners policy when there is one already in effect.
I would like to know if there are any class action suits against this company I can get in on for all the thousands of dollars they have ripped off me and all the pain and suffering for me and my family. I'm getting close to retirement and they would love nothing more than to put me out in the street.
