I bought a prepaid green dot visa card at walgreens when activating the card I was talked into upgrading the card for $20.00 in whitch $10.00 would be rebated online at greendotonline. Compriemirrebate. When trying to access the web site I could never get the site to come up. When Checking my balance I found that I had been charged twice in one day a monthly fee when I just recevied my card in the mail today. Why would I pay a monhly fee for a month I did not have a card to use? But even more why would I pay two differt monthly fees both charged on the same day?
