Greendotonline - premier Rebate
$10.00 rebate when you upgrade to premier card from green dot! Not!

I purchase a green dot visa prepaid card when i caled the number to activate my card, the guy on the phone said that i could upgrade to premier card and get a $10.00 rebate, i went to the web site www.greendotonline.com/premier rebate, and i could not find any way to request a rebate for this service. I guess that i have just lost $19.95
