The corporation put an assortment on my credit history for $188 from Cingular. I've never had Cingular service. I've delivered them a challenge notice often, requesting approval of the debt. They possibly do not react at-all, or react to inform me they cannot confirm something since I'venot offered adequate proof.
I've required they eliminate this product from my reviews, however they decline. I've reported towards the BBB, and also the FTC. Nothing. The credit agencies wont do something about this since Afni retains "confirming" the consideration for them. How are they "confirming" something towards the agencies when they do not have something to confirm it in my experience?
Afni, Inc. Out-of Bloomington, IL are scum. Bottom-feeding collectors who do not perform from the regulations. They've several FDCPA violations today and that I intend on suing them.
