I purchased a Greendot Prepaid Visa card for my son. When I called to activate it, First of all I was talked into upgrating to the premier gold package for $19.95, I was told that this would give me a card so as I could monitor my sons spending., at no extra charge, plus other benefits such as auto deposit. I was told that I could go online and recieve a $10.00 rebate.
I have tried many, many times to so, but I get a message every time that says that this site does not exist. I have called customer service, and each time I am told to go to the same non existing web site, and told, Hold on one moment, and then am told, it is working okay for me. When I ask them to then process it for me I am told, Mostly in a voice that Is had to understand, we can not do that, you must go to this site. And then they say thank you for calling, and good bye. I have tried and tried and tried, this site will not come up for me, or any other computer that I have tried it at.
