Paid my balance off, confirmed with the person on the phone that I paid off the bill - next thing I know I'm getting a bill still. Their customer service *, I had asked to speak to a manager and I was transferred about 7 times which all went to voicemail. And when I did speak to a manager they gave me a dispute number. Forgot to tell me it is a Fax line. Hmm, like they are trying to dodge the bullet. They need to be sued. Anyone else having issues with how they do things? Bunch of rip off and rude customer services.
