Billed After Payoff, and Dispute Number Was a Fax Line

I paid my balance off and confirmed with the person on the phone that the bill was paid. The next thing I knew, I was still getting a bill. I asked to speak to a manager and was transferred about 7 times, and every transfer went to voicemail. When I did speak to a manager, they gave me a dispute number but forgot to tell me it is a fax line. It seems like they are trying to dodge the bullet. They need to be sued.

Anyone else having issues with how they do things? They are a bunch of rip-offs with rude customer service.
