A representative from Pinnacle Financial contacted me with regards to an unpaid balance on our credit card. When I tried to explain my husband was only receiving disability payments and had recently suffered a physical set-back... She questioned why I didn't work and said "You don't want to do you? You're just lazy"... She then went on a tirade about us knowing what our financial situation was when we signed up for this credit card and we were just thieves and frauds!!! I have never had a more unpleasant conversation with a collection person!!! I'd love to monitor Pinnacle's collection training program... Must be, 'ANYTHING GOES'
