I was charged total 2700.00 and did not attend Kaplan for more than a week. I paid the school 295.00 down payment. This crarge was submitted to the Attorney General's Office along with the forms. I have paif them monthey payments as I have a severe Disability and wanted to stop the harassment from Pinnacle Financial group. They say now that I ned to prove I cannot get a loan and they MAY gualify for financial hardship. I also sent a bill to President Barack Obama but have since moved and may have mot gotten a response from him. Phone harassment is now from NY, PA and Minnesota. The West Va. Attorney General's Office has the papers on Kaplan University. Pinnacle has not sent me all receipts for my payments. Do I need to get proof of denial for credit cards or other type of loan in order to MAYBE qualify for financial hardship? I don't recall ever signing anything and live on SSDI only and get HUD assistance and food stamps.
