We bought and paid for over twenty-eight thousand euros worth of furniture for two apartments in Marina Beach, Morocco, to be supplied by MRI. We paid for this in February. MRI will not give us an installation date despite weekly requests for this.
They say our furniture is "in storage." They repeatedly have said they will let us know soon when it will be installed. We have dozens of e-mails from them stating this but nothing has been given regarding a date.
We have asked where the furniture is being stored so that we can go and see it. They totally ignore this request.
