Equicredit aka Fairbanks
Equicredit false credit information reported consumer rip-off fraud

Equicredit is falsly reporting information to my credit report and my husband and I are being turned down left and right for a loan.

In the past before we refinanced our home we were with Equicredit and they have reported that we have 16 60 days past due but we were only with the company for 18 months which does not mathematically work out to have 16,60 days past due.

Just recently our mortgage has sold to none other than Fairbanks and we are having trouble getting them to send statements. I will not send a mortgage payment without a payment stub as we have been there done that with Equicredit.

I am now starting a long process of disputing the information but does not help me now as we have already been denied a loan because of the false information reported to the credit places.
