Equicredit or equivictim? Selling the servicing of your loan is a trick to avoid lawsuits!

Of course they rip us off... That's why hud labeled them predatory and that is why bankamerica sold them!

The same things are happening to me in wv... Late fees, and unapplied payments, etc.

I am going to my local courthouse and sending letters to everyone with a loan.

I am so happy to know that i'm not crazy and that other people have been cheated too.
