Another type of terrorism from Capital One comes in my mailbox at least once a week. These low-lifed spammers will not cease sending me applications even after I have requested they do so 5-6 times. I am also on a national DO NOT MAIL list. I am now reporting them to the FTC (and copies to my lawyer). Any suggestions where I should report them next?
