Whats in your pocket capital one thats bullshit. Capital one has and is the worst bank in this country. They have legally robbed millons from the american people by their false credit reporting and there ageing of accounts and reporting these lies to the credit bureaus.By their false credit reporting they are ruing thousands of the american peoples credit scores costing these people higher interest rates on their loans or mortges. Capital one is reporting on my transunion credit report a7 year old bankrupt chapter 7 account as charged off bad debt reported march 9. This reporting has cost me 32 points on my credit score with transunion. I consulted with my attorney today and brought him all the documents. Capital one is reporting this as a recent account. The attorney is meeting monday with the federal bankruptcy judge and we are fileing a federal lawsuit against capital one some time next week. I am a real estate investor and this has cost me to lose out on a great interest rate. People live in fear because of terroism how about the hurt and terror capital one has caused to the american people. The feds should close this bank down as soon as possible before they do more harm.
