This company is not even registered legally in the Better Business Bureau and therefore had to change it's name and number the second time i tried to call them. It is very obvious these people are used to it, because screaming to propel their own lives forward by thinking they must be talking to lower class citizens. Stay away from these people, they do the same thing they accuse others of and are complete and utter hypocrites, yet are attempting to charge people money for it. And when you act like any normal person does, which is obviously to defend yourself, which upon later reflection is not even necessary since the company is a complete and utter JOKE, they threaten you and tell them that demeaning them is not going to "imrove upon" a situation that does not even need improving on in the first place.
They have their own people come onto usacomplaints.com because it has been reported on this website so much and say things like Matt's comment just to get a rise out of people, and use our rebuttles to find New and Fresh objectives to discuss in their meetings while they make a measly $10 an hour.
Trust me, I have worked at collection agencies before, and back then, when I had no career, I would take any job at all, and they do not necessarily screen these people very well in regard';s to personal professionalism. The managers are only looking to find anyone who can take the abuse of having to falsely accuse people of what 1% of their bad apples set out for the rest of us.
Please, whatever you do, do NOT deal with these people. I called my attorney and had them call Donna Sullivan and her at-work Partner and they both have since been fired for unnecessary abuse to an elite partner over the phone. They work closely with radio stations and we all know those guys are just plain "crazy" as well.
Leave them alone. The words over the phone only have to do with GC services and even after I sent them a note from my bank that a foreign entity from plwow.com had been hacking into my computer and had obtained my email password, they STILL thought they needed to get their last word in by apologizing to me.
Look, GC Services, I don't know what you are currently undergoing as far as company therapy, but I do not want your apologies and I do not want to speak to you further at all. Bringing things up from years past after paying $600 to have my credit report cleaned means that some inside party gave you the information you had OR that you are just discruntled people who happen to have gotten a job where you can illegally look onto people's credit reports. Looking at my report 17 times put it into the yellow and as my lawyer already told you not to do, that is ILLEGAL if you do not have my permission first!
I would advise you to shut down immediately before all of the workers there get hauled off in straight jackets. Because jail time isn't going to be anything compared to what is going to happen to you after ALL my friends and family get their hands on your number.
(They are actually located in Ohio, and when we told them that the lawyers were coming to Ohio, they freaked out and hung up on me like cowards.)
