Hacking into you Bank account Making Withdraws

I noticed that there was a foreign charge in my bank account. It was for $14.95 by a company called Passport to Fun. I had not even heard of them let alone registered for thier services. I checked online and they are a company I never heard of. An internet search for PASSPORT TO FUN yieled a link to this usacomplaints.com site where numberous other people have been scammed the same way.
Please report these guys. This seems like internet fraud any way you slice it. They are hacking into people's bank accounts or obtaining people's information and charging them without thier consent.
Shut them down.
