I paid them for services to get me a loan, which at the time I contacted them, Darren at IBL, called me and said you have a 95 percent chance of getting funded based on my paperwork I completed for a pre-qualification.in Dec I sent them $44.00 to do a credit check, as they requested. Then he called and said you will not have any problem getting funded. I sent them $495.00 for my fee to process my loan, which included them reviewing and adding professional touches to my business plan before submitting it to the SBA for approval. That's when the problems began. They would not return my calls. They would not return emails that I sent them. I have copies of all correspondence with Darren and the company. They have completely disregarded me. I wrote and told them to cancel my request, and give my money back. That's when Darren (last name unknown) called, and "sweet" talked me into giving him another try. He offered to give me my money back, but he also offered to work harder and get my loan. He made me promises, that he never delivered on, again. And if I did not contact him for a status of my loan, he would never call me. Not even when I would write and ask him to give me a written status every week after waiting for 2 months for them to call me or write me. It seems as though these guys are running theft ring out there in California. They took my money and never, ever called me again or wrote to me again unless I initiated contact. I want my money back is all I want at this time. A full refund of the $539.00 they stole from me. Or embezzled from me. I will give BBB a chance to correct the issue before contacting my lawyer, the FBI (already done), and all my local news stations, as well as National News stations like FOX NEWS and CNN (to be completed week of 12 May).
