This company is an absolute scam. Most of my experiences are just like what everyone else on this site has described. They promised to get me a loan or return my fees (over $500). That was at the end of Feb. Now they tell me (after trying to divert my questions and then only because I kept asking until they had to give me an answer) they have a year to work on the loan before having to return my money, and refuse to send me any guarantee in writing. When I pushed the issue Darren (the co president—how convenient, he doesn't have anyone to answer to...) refused to discuss it any further and hung up on me claiming to have another caller. I called back and he answered immediately. When I asked for his manager I was told he is the president of the board for the company and doesn't answer to anyone. He then refused (again) to send me anything in writing and finally told me I would not be getting any money back no matter what happened with my loan. I assured him that I would contact the better business bureau and anyone else who will listen. This company is scamming honest people out of money they probably cannot afford (or why would they be researching a loan in the first place?!). I cannot afford to lose my $500 and not get a loan, but if I can help bring this lying thieving completely unethical company down it will be well worth every penny to make sure they dont swindle another human being out of their hard earned $
