I started up a medical billing company. We applied through an offer and was given $3,500.00 initial credit line for the card. Then unknown, without informing us the lowered the credit limit without any notice which caused our card to be over the limit and then they charged over the limit fees. I called customer service they wouldn't do anything but have their collections department continually contact us and then hang up after we answer. I had to call 5 times to get them to back off.
Then i sent a letter through our legal department for them to stop harrassing us by calling or i would report them to the ftc for unfair practices. Well, we made the payment as we told them online. I go to make a purchase at a pos and the card declines. I call their so-called customer service and they state that there is a hold on the account. Asked them when were they going to let me know this??? Then i asked for the phone number to their corporate headquarters and they tried to tell me they don't have any number.
I informed that customer service rep that no one works for a corporation without knowing a phone number to their corp. Headquarters. They put me on hold and transferred me three times getting the other person on the other end of the line to say the same things to me. I informed them it is my right to have a phone number to their corporate headquarters in atlanta, ga. They put me on hold and didn't come back. I hung up and now i am out to make sure people know this company is completely stupid.
