I have had Aspire Visa for over 2 years. I have had nothing but trouble with my billing statements. At least 3 times they have charged me an over the limit fee.
Every time I use my card, which is maybe every two or three months, I call in to get a balance before I charge anything. I still receive a fee.
They originally gave me a $500 credit limit to start. Out of the blue I receive an over the limit fee. Only to later find out they decided to lower my credit limit.
I keep track of my account online and by phone, just recently I received an over the limit fee for the addition of the yearly fee. Nothing of the sort showed up on my online account report or phone to customer service.
I just tore up the card and sent them payment to close the account.
