When I received a second notice from them I informed them that I was in dispute with Direct TV (about my bill) and to stop contacting me about this debt. They told me they will still keep contacting me to collect the debt. They are in violation of the Fair Credit Debt Act and I hope to fine 1,000 for not listening to me and trying to bully me. Thus far I have not received another notice to date. Also DirectTV should have never contacted them as they helped themselves to my money without my permission/knowledge so how did I miss a payment? If I did miss a payent why wasn't the service disconnected?
