My loan was sold from Contrywide and I received a letter dated October 16 that said that as of November 1st my loan would due to them. I called Fairbanks on October 31st and was told my information was not on the computer yet and to call back after the 1st. I called on November 4th and Kenny didnt even bother to ask my information and told me my account was not on the computer yet. I called on the 7th and was told the same.
When I called on the 12th I was immediately transfered to collections because "they havnt received my payment yet" I informed him it was mailed on the 4th he them transfered me to customer service where I was told that they had my payment but the systme would not post it because my account was not set up all the way and their collections department cant be calling me yet they have called me every day since the 4th.
I was told to call back on monday to make sure that all is corrected. Give me a break. What kind of business is this. The only person Im calling is a mortgage broker to get a new company.
