In February I ordered the SMC membership kit. To my surprise, there were alot of other measures that needed to be taken to run a "home-based" business that I was not told by the company.
When I cancelled by member ship in March (within my 30 day "money back guarantee time limit), I have yet to recieve my refund. I have faxed notarized documents to the company, e-mailed, and bb all the e-mails sent to and from this company.
I have not been able to have this issued resolved at all. I am being told that they don't know why it has not been sent yet. I am outraged!
I want to know how I can get my money back and possibley shut this company down for not upholding their companies guarantees, false advertising, among many other issues.
