We purchased blinds from this company in April of this year. After exchanging several emails and phone conversations with them we were told our blinds would ship on May 5th. When they failed to ship, the order was canceled. The company then shipped the items anyway and charged our credit card. They have since provided false information to the credit card company who is now saying we need to settle this in civil court.
