Fairbanks Capital Corp
Ripoff victimized many consumers

They are such a bad company, I make my payments to them through Western Union and they still do not apply them. I am at my wits end with Fairbanks apitol Corp/CitiCorp.
Their employees know nothing and that is the way they are going to keep them. They have know answers to your questions, and they have no supervisiors.
We need protction from this "CORPORATION"...
