I was taken by a internet rip-off artist and charged $296 dollars on my Capital One credit card. After reporting it to Capital One and starting a fraud investigation I was told that I must have a credit release, from the company that ripped me off, in order to receive a credit to my account.
I always believed that a company should treat its customers with respect but they sided with a UK company that represents itself as a New York City company.
Not only was I taken by 247coaching.com but also by Capital One Credit Card.
