After 17 years to do business with Verizon, thi organization from the title of Idearc gets control the marketing of the yellow pages. 16 years I obtained a phone or notice declaring that it had been time for modifications to become designed to marketing. This a year ago I received nothing, but I named 2 weeks prior to the regular shipping and was educated I really could not create any modifications since I had been too late. I questioned why I didn't obtain any phone or notice, I had been informed they set me on a computerized renewal schedule. Nothing I really could do to solve this. After many go-arounds with threir customer support, and today 2 various selection divisions, no body at Idearc really wants to solve this.informed them to stop all potential marketing and that I might find in the court. We are in possession of various other orange page kind publications within our region. Do not require Verizon/Idearc. Using their arrogance, I want them chance.
