I would like to hear from anyone that has a ad in the Veriszon yellow pages and that had the ad renewed without your authorization when the publication of the yellow pages was assumed by Idearc.
Idearc tells me that a letter was mailed to me in August advising me that my ad would automatically renew unless I advised them otherwise. However, I never received that letter. The only letter I received from Idearc was in January stating that Idearc took over publication of the Verizon Yellow Pages in November too late for me to cancel my ad.
