Don't use HSBC for mortgages or replacing if you don't like to undergo nightmare and drop money. I've inspections continuing from condition and national organizations combined with the greater business agency in to the company methods of HSBC Bank, Mortgage Department. The criticism concerns two problems:

1.) Deceptively showing clients that loans were pre-accepted to gather non refundable application costs

2.) Doing fraudulent appraisals.

On February 5 I asked online to HSBC Bank about the refinancing of my manufactured home. HSBC Bank may be the present bank for my mortgage for more than 15 weeks that we have experienced no preceding difficulties with or had any overdue payments on, and so I believed it had been in my own greatest attention to keep my business model together. I obtained a phone of pre-acceptance from Denise Olszewski of HSBC at 1 800-622-7759 ext. 6393 and she raised my consideration and questioned me for more private information and raised my credit history. At the moment we secured in an interest rate at 5.6% and that I was informed that I'd need to pre pay a non refundable application charge of $525.00. She subsequently examined the pc again and stated that a complete evaluation have been completed of my house. I informed her that to ensure that a complete evaluation to be achieved, the appraiser would need to enter my house and so I'd need to be existing or somebody addressing me would need to be there. She insisted that the complete evaluation was completed. I subsequently questioned her how did somebody enter my home and just why might HSBC execute an evaluation on the home they wouldn't fund. I've left communications with Judy Harway, but she will not return my calls. At this time I sensed that there is some type of deceptive or legal company conduct happening and that I published in another official problem to HSBC declaring that I had been likely to document a towards the Comptroller of the Currency, the Ny Lawyer General’s workplace, the Ny department of the Greater Business Institution and also the Usa Justice section requesting a complete analysis in to the mortgage methods and probable fake evaluations done by HSBC Bank. Because issuing issues to convey and national organizations and numerous grievances to HSBC I've noticed no reaction from HSBC and also have not had anything returned in my experience as of this day.
