Fairbanks bought are loan from Equacredit in Feburary of 2001 we made a payment every month. Then all of a sudden fairbanks were saying we were behind a payment..
So we called them...
They said we did not make may payment. So i got on the internet and checked our account the check had already cleared...
Also sent them a copy of the check (front and back). I got a letter in july on the 26 saying that it was in research...
I am still fighting them on it. They said it would only take 60 days...
It has ben 90 days or longer. Today is the 11-04...
We started this back in june...
