I just wanted to try and warn other people of the horrible business practices of Household bank.
I had a family illness and fell behind in credit card payments. I always kept in contact and as soon as possible began making regular payments of at least minimum due.
I closed the account, but still have overlimit fees which will continue to grow.
I called to see if they would have a program to try to reduce or elimintate the fees. I was treated very rudely. I'm am trying to keep up and they will not even work with me.
Please pick a different company to do your business with.
