Withdrew money from my account without my consent. I was looking for a payday loan and I put my bank information down but never received a loan from the one that I applied to and the identity theft protection company removed money from my account. I am very displeased because I have called on several occassions to have this issue resolved and they will not refund my money. I am glad I found out before they tried to take out another payment. Because of them removing money from my account, my account was placed in the negative and I have to get that refunded as well. But I cannot get my overdraft fee refunded if they do not refund my $31.98. Because my overdraft protection fee is $35.00, that is over sixty dollars out of my pocket and as a college student that money could be very useful to me.
