Rip Of to get 99.00 a year in membership charges ripoff fraud business

I have received the membership card twice, without ever applying. If you call the 800 number to activate the card, you will find out that it can only be used in their catalog and has a hidden cost of $99.00 per year for membership. What a rip-off!
