I was a student set to graduate from cosmetology school 5/07. I attended the bronner brothers hairshow in which janice leonard was offering credit card machine for sale. I asked for her information to contact her at a later time after graduation and upon entering into a salon. I told her my situation and she told me I could lease one she didn't like to do that but she would or I could make payments so that by the time May 07 came I will have paid in full & would be ready for my machine to be sent to me. The company and the processing company checked out and appeared to be legit.
I wasn't able to get into a salon right away so I call Janice to let her know but I wanted her to send it to me anyway. We had this long conversation about my address printing on the receipts but she appeared to be trying to work with me on the issue, she told me I needed to have a different address along with the one on file. So I inquired about a refund and was informed that they would take half of the money I paid because the company had already build the platform. She told me they could hold the money until I get into a salon, call to give her the information and she would send me the machine.
I call the number that I've always talked to her on and most of the time the machine is full. Somebody was checking it because a few times I was able to leave a few messages before it became full again. Nobody ever returned my calls then the phone continued to go to the voicemail that's always full where you can't leave a message.
